A Special Prayer For A Woman Facing Infertility And Desires A Child From God (Part 2)

October 23rd, 2009

Father, I praise you, for you have wonderfully and skilfully created me as a woman to fulfill that specific purpose of carrying a child in my womb. I give you praise for you, Almighty God, are exalted above the heavens.

Who is like the Lord my God? Who stoops down to look on the heavens and the earth?
And to “settle the barren woman in her home as a happy mother of children”. You My Lord have stooped to crown my womanhood with motherhood. I speak it out loud and clear “I am a happy mother of children”. God said if I say it he will create it. Lord I speak my faith out. Thank you for creating it in Jesus name.

With praise and thanksgiving in my heart I sing to You Lord. You are good and your love for me endures forever. Exceedingly abundant God, you are able to do immeasurably more than all I can ask or imagine, according to your power that is at work within me. I declare and announce it in faith; you have blessed me with a child of my own. To you be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever!

Because I trust in your word, I am able to rest in your great and precious promises. I declare myself a partaker in the divine nature of God. I have escaped the corruption in the world caused by infertility and other evil things that is happening in the world today. I am still speaking out in faith- I am now a happy mother of children.

Lord I have read your word and seen examples of women like Hannah and Rachel, who faced infertility. But you opened their wombs and blessed them with miracle children. You have done the same for me.I will praise you, O Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonders, Psalm 9:1I. I am so encouraged when I remember your word which tells me that, “Sons are a heritage from the Lord, children a reward from him,” Psalms 127:3.

Your word assures me that the fruit of the womb is a reward from you Lord. Be exalted, O Lord, in your strength. I will sing and praise your might, Psalm 21:13. I receive my own reward of the fruit of the womb from you Lord.

Can I Still Conceive After I Have Entered My Menopause? (Part 3)

October 21st, 2009

The Promise Itself

When Abraham was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to him and said, I am God almighty, walk before me and I will greatly increase your numbers. Genesis 17:1-2.

God also gave Abraham this promise regarding Sarah his wife. “I will bless her and surely give you a son by her. I will bless her so that she will be the mother of nations, kings of people will come from her.” Abraham fell face down; he laughed and said to himself, “will a son be born to a man a hundred years old? Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?” Genesis 17:15-17

When God gave this couple this promise, He did not say to them, “Abraham go and look for a man at the fertility clinic to donate sperm for you to impregnate your wife.”

God did not say to Sarah, “go look for a woman you can pay to donate eggs for you, or who will lend a womb to you by carrying your baby because you are so old, or “go for IVF- let the doctors mix Abraham’s sperm and your eggs in a glass and try to make a child for you.

”I am not condemning anything here but all I am saying is that God’s power is far above all these things. Where man’s power ends Gods power begins for those who believe in his word. Many of you would have tried a lot of stuff and gotten no result but I want you to know God’s word cannot fail you.

God told Abraham and Sarah they were going to have fun making that baby. They were going to have pleasure, have the child in the way ordained by God. And the next time the angel of God came to Abraham, Sarah was listening at the entrance to the tent, which was behind him.

Abraham and Sarah were already old and well advanced in years, and Sarah was past the age of childbearing. So she laughed to herself as she thought, “After I am worn out and my master is old, will we now have this pleasure?”

Then the Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, “will I really have a child, now that I am old”? Is anything hard for the Lord? I will return to you at the appointed time next year and Sarah will have a son.” Genesis 18:10-14. I ask you sister, is anything hard for the Lord? What you say is what you will get.

We read in Sarah’s words her response to God’s promise; she could not comprehend how she would make love at 91 years old. “After I am worn out and my master is old, will we now have this pleasure?” She did not think it was possible for her and Abraham to make love anymore, talk much less of having a child. But God’s Word is true and sure. They had a promise bigger than the problem and only their faith in God could bring them into that promise.

Prayers For Those Desiring The Fruit Of The Womb (Part 1)

October 14th, 2009

Many women trying to get pregnant have become frustrated as days go by and no pregnancy shows up. However I want to encourage you, from God’s Word, that barrenness is not your portion. God created you to be fruitful, so expect it. Expect God’s Word to establish fruitfulness in your life today, in Jesus name.

I want to encourage you with this scripture from God’s Word. God says, “He will love you and bless you and increase your numbers. He will bless the fruit of your womb, the crops of your land, your grain, new wine and oil, the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks in the land that He swore to your forefathers to give you. Deuteronomy 7:13.

This scripture promises you total blessing in all areas of your life, including fruit of the womb, which means having beautiful and healthy children. Now I want you to receive this promise of God by faith and praise Him for it, as you pray, in Jesus name.

Prayer: O Lord, You are my praise and my song and I bless You. By faith I speak out and bless You that You have done for me all these great and awesome things you promised in your word. By faith in your unfailing word I call myself a happy mother of children. I am fruitful because that is what you have said concerning me.

Blessed be your glorious name, which is exalted above all blessing and praise. You alone are God and you have made the Heaven of heavens, with all their hosts, the seas, and all that is in them and you alone are God. I worship you Lord. What no one could do for me, you have done it, Lord. Because you love me so much you have blessed me and increased my numbers and blessed with the fruit of the womb. Lord you are my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid of all the negative reports about me conceiving a child of my own, for you are my strength and my song; and have also become my salvation.

I praise You, O Lord, and call upon your name. I declare your doings among the people, and make mention that your name is exalted. Thank you Father, in Jesus name. Amen

General Questions On Pregnancy Answered From The Bible (Part 2)

October 13th, 2009

Question 3. I am a smoker and I love drinking. Now that I am pregnant I want to give it up for the safety of my baby but I can’t do it on my own. What help does the Word of God offer me?

I thank God that you are bold enough to confront the issue of smoking and drinking now that you are pregnant. When you smoke carbon monoxide and nicotine passes into your lungs and blood stream, this means that:

A. Your baby gets less oxygen and cannot grow as well as it should.

B. The nicotine makes your baby’s heart beat faster; if you’re constantly breathing other people’s smoke it may have a harmful effect.

Alcohol

Heavy or frequent drinking can seriously harm your baby’s development. To be on the safe side, stop altogether. Ask the Lord to give you the grace to give up this habit.

Bible

Let’s just go into the bible and hear the mind of God on this issue. We find in Judges 13:3-4, what the Lord said to Samson’s mother when she was pregnant. “You shall conceive and bear a child. Please be careful not to drink wine or similar drink and not to eat anything unclean”.

God specifically told this mother to stay away from strong drinks and anything unclean, which I know, includes cigarettes. As you have now asked for help, God himself will help you by giving you strength to overcome those habits that are not really good for you or your unborn child.

Now say a prayer:

Father I bless you. I thank you that you are my refuge and my strength and my present help in trouble. Father, I refuse to fear that I will not be able to overcome this smoking and drinking of strong drink. You said in your Word I should not be filled with wine, which leads to debauchery. Instead I should be filled with your Holy Spirit according to Ephesians 5:16.

I receive strength from you and the Holy Spirit and I rise above all these habits in the name of Jesus. I choose to take your yoke which is light and I cast down the yoke of slavery and bondage to bad things in the name of Jesus.

From today I say goodbye to every unclean habit and I receive the grace to excel above every vice of the evil one. Christ overcame the world and gave me victory and I receive that victory in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you Father. Amen.

Are You Trying To Have A Baby? Here is Amazing Biblical Keys To Help You! Part 2

September 30th, 2009

Hannah’s Prayer:

“she made a vow, saying, O LORD Almighty, if you will only look upon your servant’s misery and remember me, and not forget your servant but give her a son, then I will give him to the LORD for all the days of his life, and no razor will ever be used on his head,1 Samuel 1:11.

In her prayer she openly accuses God of forgetting her and refusing to help her conceive. She dares to bargain with Him for an answer. She talks to God the way a child will talk to a father. She talks to God like one who has a relationship with Him. She knows God’s Word does tell us He chooses to be reminded of his word, for the Bible says in, Isaiah 49:14-16.

“But Zion said, The LORD has forsaken me, the Lord has forgotten me. Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you! See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me”.

I hope you caught the significance of what you just read? The Bible says your name is tattooed on the palm of God’s hand. He has placed it there as a reminder so that He won’t forget you. Furthermore, He plainly asks you to remind Him of his word. God wants us to remind Him of our needs, our wants and our desires.

Hannah Confronts God

Be assured that Hannah’s new-found way of prayer does not contradict God’s Word. She simply expresses her true feelings about her situation and how she feels forgotten by God. She literally storms heaven for an answer. She demands an answer from her God, and she gets one.

She Bargains With God

If you carefully study the next part of her prayer, you will see that she actually bargains with God for an answer.

She gives her unborn child as a gift to God in faith.

Please make a mental note of the extreme value of her gift. It is very precious, for it will be her first-born son. Don’t let the thought of mixing your giving and praying together disturb you. It is not unscriptural to strengthen prayer by adding something to it. Many times I always encourage people to strengthen their prayers with their giving, sow your seed into a good ground. If you are believing God for a child sow into a ministry that God is using in the earth for such cause. Bless the orphans and give specifically by faith towards your heart’s desire. Hannah did it and it moved Gods hand. (Continue reading in Part 3)
